In this assingment, I identfied ethical issues and problems with the implementation of a new ventilator bundle in preventing ventilator-associated pneumonias. Some of these principles include confidenciality, do no harm, and justice. I also reviewed ethical situations facing the institution and the stakeholders and possible solutions to solving the ethical issues.
In this assignment, I apply ethical principles to discuss how I would ethically recruit a sample population for a research study and compare it to Children's Hospital.
