Conclusion

 

Throughout my development as a nurse educator, I developed many skills in the various teaching and learning experiences which I have encountered. These experiences have been reflected in this portfolio to demonstrate how I have met the program outcomes of the MSN-Nurse Educator program. Many of the skills I developed will guide my future teaching career to ensure I create an open, inclusive, ethically diverse learning environment that focuses on theory, research, quality improvement, self-reflection, and lifelong learning.
