This assignment was a creation of a mission and vision for an institute of health that was created for a group project. The mission and vision was then used as a core idea to design an entire nursing curriculum throughout the semester.
This assignment involved reviewing and evaluating the strength of Nebraska Methodist College's program outcomes and whether or not they would contribute to the success of the overall nursing program and the success of the students upon graduation.
This meticulous and immense project exemplifies the thorough and detailed design of a new curriculum. The development of KSK university was created as a group assignment and included many objectives, such as creating a mission and vision for a college of our creation, creating objectives and course outcomes, designing a curriculum that incorportates the mission and vision, and finally developing a system of assessment and evaluation to determine how the curriculum meets the objectives of the college and assess how the students grow and develop throughout the curriculum. An artifact of self and peer evaluation is also included to exemplify and provide a reference to my overall participation in the project.
